We hold our meetings at 8pm on the first Wednesday of each month.

Meetings are at the Lane Head Hotel in Bradford(See below for directions).

There we have a separate room which is vital for the meetings, guest speakers and our workshops.

We start the evening with our club meeting which deals with issues concerning the club or Falconry in general and to pass on relevant info to our members.

Our workshops are for new comers to the sport of Falconry, with a speaker or workshop held every other month. The workshops will cover anything from fitting anklets to hood making and will really assist anyone who hasn't done this first hand.

We try our best to have a guest speaker whenever one can be arranges, this past year we have had talks from Terry Large of the Hawkboard and the Campaign for Falconry on current legisation and efforts being made on behalf of falconers by the hawkboard.

Karl Leadley (of the Hawkboard) has given a very informative talk on his Golden Eagles.

Members enjoyed a talk by Graham Thompson, a Grouse Keeper from North Yorkshire. A very informative talk and great insight into the work that goes on to maintain the moors. A grateful thank you to Graham from everyone in attendance.

Take the A58 to Halifax (the turn off before the richardsons arms one)
Follow straight on until u hit the third set of traffic lights, at these turn left.
Again follow this down towards Brighouse, you will go past a park on your left hand side, The Lane Head is on your right just after this park. If you go past it and come to a roundabout, come back on yourself and the Pub is just on your left.

Take the road to Brighouse, coming in to Brighouse u will come to a mini roundabout followed by a set of traffic lights, u want to bare right and you will come to a big roundabout, take your first exit. Follow straight up the hill and you will come to another roundabout, turn right follow up the hill and the pub is on your left hand side.
